minimúsica has been collaborating with Primavera Sound for over a decade to bring children closer to quality modern music by giving them the opportunity to live an interactive experience with some of the artists who will be present at the event. Children are invited to participate in a festival that is becoming more and more multidisciplinary with this initiative proposed by minimúsica for all of those parents who want to boost the creative spirit and critical and artistic sense of their children and that, at the same time, stimulates the musical education of children in a free, playful and dynamic family atmosphere.
The minimúsica space in the Parc del Fòrum will be up and running non-stop from Thursday to Saturday from 4 pm to 10 pm, it will have numerous services to cater for the principle needs of families (changing tables, rest area, free protective headphones, adapted toilet…) and will offer a free children’s play area with qualified monitors. In this space on the Wednesday there will be a concert by Masclans i la Peña Colada, a band made up of pupils from the Colegio San Pedro of Gavà together with different musicians from the scene, and on the Saturday at the same time there will be concerts by Julie Doiron, Tobogán, Yumi Yumi Hip Hop and Tronco, with a DJ session by Siamiss DJs.
The initiative will also be running on Sunday 4th June at 12:30 am in Plaça Joan Coromines of the CCCB, within the framework of the free activities of Primavera al Raval, with the “Gloria Fuertes por La Fantástica Banda” show, a concert that will be a well-deserved homage to the cherished Madrid poet in her centenary year.
