You can present your physical full festival ticket or print at home (in perfect conditions) or in digital form on a mobile device (in the case of e-tickets).  If you have your ticket on your mobile phone, please have it ready on your screen for validation.

It will be necessary to have an official identity card or passport on you at all times to show when you pick up your bracelet and in case you are asked to show it by security staff on the site.  If you are not Spanish, photocopies of official identity papers from your country of origin will be accepted.

However, we highly recommend exchanging your tickets before the concerts to facilitate access to the corresponding venues.

Access to the Primavera als Clubs programme is subject to the capacity of each venue and only full festival ticket holders will be admitted.

To exchange tickets bought with the Carnet Jove discount or equivalent, it will be necessary to be the holder of a valid Carnet Jove and to show the card.  The exchange point is located by the guest tent.

Minors from 0 to 15 years of age must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

People who bought their full festival ticket with wristband shipping must wear their wristband correctly and present the card for scanning.

Those who have not filled in the form for postage although having paid for it, will have to present the PDF of the ticket at the ticket exchange like everybody else to get their wristband in situ.

People with reduced mobility must exchange their day tickets in the guest/VIP tent.
